COM Express Type 6

COM Express® was released in the summer of 2005 by PICMG® and is the all-pervasive used COM standard. The standard defines several pinout types and different dimensions for each one having a specific combination of peripherals, expansion interfaces, I/O and connector layout, including high-speed interfaces PCI Express Gen 3, HDMI, DisplayPort, SATA and USB 3.0 for big volume data transportation, but also support LVDS, VGA and LPC for legacy applications.
COM Express® Type 6 is one of the most popular COM Express® specification, followed by type 2. To meet the best balance between cost, features and performance for a wide range of commercial and mil/aero applications, Aetina provides COMPACT (95x95mm) form factor- quite suitable for high flexibility and low power designs for Small Form Factor (SFF) in the embedded market.
